Removal of Roman mosaics from the Museum of Archeology of Catalonia (Barcelona)

Removal of two Roman mosaics from the stairs of the MAC. To carry out the movement, a custom beam was installed, attached to the wall, with scaffolding on the other end. This way it was able to take off the mosaics with a hoist and place them on the ground and collect them with an electric forklift. These mosaics have a reinforced concrete base and a metal structure that increases their weight considerably. In the future, an intervention will be made to place alveolam at the back.
